Fine breakfast with fresh fruit and the sausage and a good amount of Portuguese pastries to try, the staff is very good and informative. The location is brilliant and exceptional, 1 km from an arched bridge. The train station is 800 metres away or 10 minutes' walk.

It was as expected, had a memorable stay for future short stay holidays. Clean place and awesome location, appreciated lovely staff. They offered us upscale and attractive rooms with fantastic view, 24 hr front desk, as example. The food in the outdoor restaurant was fine and splendid.

The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff was helpful and pleasant, and the facilities were clean. The breakfast was lovely, with a variety of fresh fruit and delicious croissants.

I found the majority of the staff to be rude and unhelpful, except for one employee. They seemed disinterested in assisting guests and often smoked outside with their friends.

The staff were friendly and the view from our room was marvellous, making it the perfect choice in this city.

The location was stunning, right by close to numerous bars, rooftops of Ribeira – a very atmospheric and downtown, in the historic area, in a tourist area. Truly enjoyed the room with reasonable selection, my bed was lovely. The breakfast was fine, I would like to go back there again.
